EDGE11

Mechanically, no stone is left unturned

EDGE11 differs significantly from its predecessor EDGE10. The entire mechanics have been developed from scratch. New monocoque, new spring-damper system, new gearbox, new battery and new aero. In electronics, instead of innovation, the focus was on continuous improvement.

The spring-damper system was implemented using innovative and precisely adjustable pitch-roll kinematics. The chassis was designed with the ulterior motive to implement an all-wheel drive concept in the future. The transmission is based on a fancy stepped planetary system and is now axial with the wheel carrier. With the battery, particular emphasis was placed on cooling and packaging, both of which have improved dramatically compared to their predecessor.
